Voyager Craft Malts
Voyager Craft Malt is made by two childhood mates turned neighbouring farmers, malting grain on their own patch of the Riverina with full paddock-to-pint traceability. Every batch carries the story of the land it came from — regeneratively farmed, regionally grown, and malted using traditional techniques alongside modern know-how, instead of mass-produced commercial malt.
This range includes heritage and heirloom varieties like Schooner barley, prized for a depth and complexity of flavour you just don't get from modern hybrids.
