Voyager Schooner Pale Malt is a base malt made from Schooner variety barley.
An old-world Australian variety grown exclusively by our growers in the Riverina. It's for all-grain brewers after a full-flavoured, lighter pale malt with a bit of character: lower apparent attenuation than modern varieties gives it a softer mouthfeel and a subtle honey/vanilla note that's unique to this heritage variety.
