Shipping policy
Dispatch and Delivery
Look, we're not mucking around when it comes to getting your gear out the door. Most orders leave our warehouse by the next working day. Sometimes stuff happens - we're human - but we'll always do our best to get your order moving quickly.
We use a range of couriers to keep shipping costs sensible, and most orders arrive within 2-5 business days depending on where you are. Once your order's on its way, you'll get a tracking link so you can watch it make its journey to you. Weather, the occasional courier having a bad day, and other things outside our control can slow things down - but if something feels off, just get in touch and we'll chase it down for you.
Get Your Address Right (Seriously)
No-one likes a parcel going AWOL. Double-check your delivery address before you hit confirm - especially if you're sending a gift. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we can't redirect it. And just so you know, we don't deliver to PO Boxes.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives looking like it's been used as a footy, or something's missing from the box, we want to know about it. Just let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. After that window, we can't guarantee a replacement or refund - but we'll still honour any warranty claims that come up down the track.
Returned to Sender
If your order bounces back to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or the address wasn't quite right, we'll drop you an email to work out next steps. Heads up - you'll cop additional delivery charges to have it resent. Not ideal for anyone, so get that address right the first time.
Shipping Costs
We offer flat rate shipping on most products, Australia wide. You'll see all the options and costs at checkout - no nasty surprises.
Generally these are:
Standard Order - $20
Big Stuff - $49
Premium Gear - $100
Fair warning though: sometimes bulky stuff costs more to ship. Fermenters, fridges, brewing systems - anything large and bulk may attract extra charges. We'll always let you know before we dispatch and give you the chance to accept or cancel. No-one gets slugged with a surprise bill.
If you're in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley or Port Stephens area, you may be eligible for discounted local delivery. These zones can change, so check at checkout for what's available to you.
Remote Locations
Australia is a big bloody country. We love our customers everywhere from Broome to Burnie, but some locations genuinely cost more to ship to. We don't offer shipping to WA and NT - if you live in these awesome parts of the country get in touch we are always happy to provide you a shipping quote.
For orders heading to rural or remote areas - including parts of QLD, SA and TAS - we reserve the right to adjust or cancel shipping costs. If that affects your order, we'll get in touch before anything gets dispatched.
