Top Shelf White Sambuca is a classic aniseed-based sambuca liqueur — clear to opaque with that clean, assertive anise character that defines the style. The Italian digestif tradition in a 50ml bottle.
Serve it ice cold in a shot glass, with three coffee beans for the purists, or in cocktails that need a clean anise backbone. Combine with Liqueur Base B and vodka or neutral spirit. Alternatively 240ml Sugar and 150ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125L with water.
