Top Shelf Rum Liqueur is a rum-based liqueur with chocolate, caramel and coffee notes — a genuinely complex combination that makes this one of the more interesting liqueurs in the Top Shelf range.

Sip it over ice, pour it into cocktails that need dark richness or mix it with cream for something thoroughly indulgent. Combine with Liqueur Base C and vodka or neutral spirit. Alternatively 350ml Sugar and 150ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125 L with water.

Makes 1.125L. Note: Top Shelf Liqueur Base C, Sugar & Liquid Glucose is sold separately.
