Rich Red Aniseed Liqueur. Bold, Smooth and Distinctively Coloured.

Top Shelf Red Sambuca is an aniseed liqueur with a rich red colour — all the clean aniseed character of white sambuca with a bold red hue that makes it stand out in any glass or cocktail.

Serve it ice cold, in shots, or use it as a colourful sambuca base in cocktails. Combine with Liqueur Base A and vodka or neutral spirit.  Alternatively 150ml Sugar and 100ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125 L with water.
