For use with the T500 Boiler or Grainfather Brewing System with the Pot Still Alembic Condenser and Copper Dome. Produces a wash with the ester profile and character suited to pot still rum distillation.

Best suited for: rum production using molasses, treacle or sugar cane juice washes.
