Extra wide beef casings for large sausages and salamis.

These natural beef casings are made in Australia to meet Australian food standards. At 55mm+ diameter, they are perfect for making thick continental sausages, large salamis, or serious BBQ bangers.

This pack contains approximately 18 metres and will hold around 15kg of sausage meat. The casings expand and contract during cooking to prevent bursting.

Soak in water for a few hours to rinse off the salt, run water through using your tap, then stuff. Re-salt any unused casings and store in the fridge.
