SN9 handles Perry, Mead, fortified wines and more without breaking a sweat.

A general purpose strain with relatively neutral sensory impact. Highly robust with high glycerol production for good mouthfeel. Suitable for almost any wine style, and particularly ideal for high alcohol applications. When you need a yeast that can handle anything up to 18% ABV, SN9 is the reliable choice.
