Yeast nutrient blend especially formulated for reduced off-flavour production during fermentation of alcohol for light and white spirits.

When making vodka, gin or other clean white spirits, you want the opposite of the dark spirits nutrient — minimal congener production and a clean, neutral wash.

This nutrient blend is formulated to support healthy yeast activity while suppressing the production of fusel oils and other off-flavour compounds that would carry through into a light spirit.

Sufficient for up to 25L per dose.
