A sweet, well bodied stout, perfect for winter.

Milk, sugar and rolled oats provide a full body, silky smooth mouthfeel with a creamy head.

Warrior and East Kent Goldings hops have been combined with a unique grain recipe to provide rich flavours of caramel, spice, chocolate and biscuit - its damn delicious.  

You’ll want to use a yeast like Mangrove Jack's M15 Empire Ale yeast to brew this one at home. 

Brewed in a commercial brewery, all you need to do is add water and yeast  (both sold separately) and you'll have commercial quality beer, brewed by you.

Brewing Instructions

  • Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter. 
  • Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres. 
  • Aerate, pitch Mangrove Jack's M15 Empire Ale yeast and Yeast Nutrient.
  • Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
