This single origin Guatemalan bean is roasted to perfection for espresso or milk-based drinks (yep, mylk works too). Expect chocolate and almond richness with a cheeky winey finish that'll have you coming back for another cup.

Named after some Kiwi soap legend called Dr Ropata from Shortland Street - we're not entirely sure what that's about, but our mate Damo from NZ that roasts this assures us it's a thing. What we DO know is this coffee tastes bloody good.
