This Classic Pilsner Blonde kit delivers authentic European-style refreshment.
A stunning blonde-coloured beer with a clean, refreshingly-dry finish on the palate - just like a classic European Pilsner should be. The New World Lager Yeast is a hybrid beauty that ferments happily at warmer temps (up to 22°C), so no special equipment needed!
Want it even drier and lower carb? Add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme with the yeast for that extra-crisp finish.
Optional dry hop additions:
- 10-30g of your favourite hops to add more aroma and flavour - go classic European or try something adventurous!
Recommended fermentables:
