West Coast IPA is about discipline. Dry, well-attenuated, clean bitterness  then the Mosaic hops arrive with stone fruit and citrus and remind you why people got so excited about IPAs in the first place. Golden, clear and properly bitter.

  • American Ale Yeast
  • Mosaic Hop Pellets

Want to push the bitterness? Add up to 200g of Centennial, Cascade, Citra, Amarillo, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka. For piney notes, try Columbus.

Recommended fermentables: 1.5kg Light Malt Extract plus 1kg Light Dry malt extract or 1kg dextrose
