Brick Road Classic Red Ale

This Classic Red Ale kit is all about rich, malty goodness.

A gorgeous amber-coloured beer with luscious caramel and toffee malt flavours, finished with a slightly dry bite that keeps you coming back for more. Brew it low for easy-drinking sessions or mid-strength for a bit more oomph.

Optional dry hop additions: No need to dry hop this malty beauty, but if you fancy it:

• 15g of East Kent Goldings, Fuggle or Magnum will bring sweet, floral, spicy notes that complement those toffee flavours perfectly

Recommended fermentables:

• 1kg dextrose or brewing sugar

Ale Yeast is included with the can.
