Still Spirits Bourbon Staves use only the barrel stave component of quality distilleries' genuine bourbon barrels — deeply charred 100% American oak for steeping in spirit.

Staves sit between chips and spirals in terms of extraction rate: more surface area than a spiral but less than chips, giving a steady, controlled oak integration that is easier to manage.

Sourced from real distillery barrels, so the wood carries genuine bourbon character — vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and a touch of smoke.
