Make proper salami at home with these fibrous casings.
These fibrous salami casings are designed for hanging and aging. They breathe, which lets moisture escape during the drying process while protecting your salami from contamination.
Available in 50mm (standard salami size) and 75mm (large salami). Each pack contains 5 metres of casing, which is enough for multiple batches.
Soak them in warm water for 30 minutes before use to make them pliable. Thread onto your stuffer, fill, tie off, and hang to dry.
Perfect for making traditional dry-cured salami, cacciatore, or any fermented sausage that needs to hang and develop flavour over time.
