Voyager Veloria Schooner Malt | 1kg, Cracked or Uncracked

Voyager Veloria Schooner Malt is an old-world, traditional-style ale malt made from the rare Schooner variety, grown sustainably in the NSW Riverina.

It's the malt that started Voyagers maltster's journey. It's for all-grain brewers after a single malt built for golden and summer ales, and it's earned a following in both craft brewing and craft distilling circles for its distinctive character.

Expect flavour notes of bread, hay and crackers, with a hint of toast and honey rounding it out.

EBC 6–8, sitting a touch darker than a standard pale malt while still keeping true to traditional English ale malt character.

Voted World's Best Ale Malt at the 2022 Malt Cup.
