Voyager Compass Pale Malt | 1kg, Cracked or Uncracked

Voyager Compass Pale Malt is a versatile new world base malt with good extract and fermentability.

Made from premium barley sourced from family-owned, sustainable farms in the historic Barellan region. It's for all-grain brewers — and distillers — after a fuller-bodied base malt with a bit more character than a standard pale malt.

A carefully controlled kilning process gives Compass a more assertive, pronounced malt character than our Atlas malt, with subtle depth and complexity rather than a clean, neutral base. Expect flavour notes of hay, bread and cracker, with a touch of grass.
