Still Spirits Classic 8 Turbo Triple Pack

After using classic 8 for years I stopped using the still spirit classic 8 as I was not happy with the results, thinking they had reduced the amount of yeast in the new packaging. I contacted New Zealand and all they told me it's to hot in Aussie and to put a bottle of frozen water in the wash to keep it under 25degrees C .Nothing had changed in the way I was making my wash to the still. I had a log book of every batch I had made in the previous 3 years. So I thought this is bullshit so I changed brands of yeast supplier and my results improved dramatically which I have been now using for a couple of years now.
Now after my local brew shop only had the still spirit brand and only the 3 pack which I had used previously.
Well what a surprising result. I fermented as usual 8 kilo sigar , total start volume of 26litres, run it through the still. What run out was 4 litres @ 90 percent alc. In 2and a half hours.
Finished of with the 2part clearing agent for 24hr

I love this pack as it is good value and gives great results. The carbon really makes a huge difference. I have a wash brewing in the pantry right now as it’s a bit chilly out there.
