Top Shelf Dry Vermouth is an Italian Vermouth which can be made with wine or a spirit — a taste of Italy in every bottle and all the flavour you need for any occasion.

Essential for a proper martini, a Negroni, or anything that needs a good dry vermouth playing its part. No passport required. Add essence to vodka or neutral spirit and water (or substitute with dry white wine).

Makes approx. 1.075L.

Ingredients: Invert syrup, water, glucose syrup, flavourings, acid (tartaric acid), colours (caramel (E150d) (sulphites), E104), preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate).
