Pure Distilling Tennessee Sour Mash Bourbon is a spirit flavouring for vodka or neutral spirit that produces 2.25 litres of smooth Tennessee-style sour mash bourbon with soft oak, caramel sweetness and subtle vanilla. Charcoal mellowed for a cleaner, smoother profile with the gentle tang that makes Tennessee sour mash bourbon what it is.

Soft oak and caramel up front, subtle vanilla through the middle and a clean smooth finish shaped by charcoal mellowing. The sour mash character adds a gentle tang that works brilliantly with classic bourbon mixers or just neat over ice. Add it to vodka or neutral spirit and you are sorted.
