These 24-26mm natural sheep casings are the thinnest natural option, perfect for making slim breakfast links, cocktail sausages, or traditional chipolatas.

This 10 metre pack holds approximately 3kg of sausage meat. Sheep casings are more delicate than hog, but they give you that authentic thin breakfast sausage with a tender bite.

Soak in water for a few hours to rinse off the salt, handle gently when threading onto your stuffer, then fill carefully. Store unused casings salted in the fridge.
