A crowd-pleaser that is perfect for the whole family.
This sweet and savoury blend combines paprika and salt to create something a bit different from your standard snag. You will need chicken mince as your base, plus 2kg of frozen corn and 1kg of honey.
Run it through a 5mm mincer plate, then hand mix or plate off. Important: skip the water on this one, it will not bind properly.
Makes approximately 5kg of sausages that hit that sweet spot between interesting and easy to love. Kids go mad for these.
