Thick natural hog casings for big, chunky sausages.

These 42-44mm natural hog casings are for when you want a seriously thick sausage. Perfect for making chunky BBQ bangers, Italian-style sausages, or anything where you want maximum meat in every bite.

This 20 metre pack holds approximately 15-16kg of sausage meat. Natural casings expand and contract during cooking to prevent bursting, even with these thicker diameters.

Soak in water for a few hours to rinse off the salt, run water through using your tap, stuff generously, and twist into links. Store unused casings salted in the fridge.
