Bulk pack of natural hog casings for serious sausage makers.

This 45 metre bulk pack of 35-38mm natural hog casings is for when you are making sausages in volume. Perfect for slightly larger than standard sausages with plenty of casing to work with.

At 35-38mm diameter, these casings sit between standard and thick sizes. Great for making European-style sausages, bratwurst, or chunky BBQ snags.

This bulk pack holds approximately 25-30kg of sausage meat. Natural casings expand and contract during cooking to prevent splitting.

Soak in water for a few hours to rinse off the salt, run water through using your tap, then stuff. Store unused casings salted in the fridge.
