Hog Sausage Casing 32 - 35MM

Standard size natural hog casings for classic BBQ sausages.

These natural hog casings are the go-to size for making traditional Aussie BBQ snags. At 32-35mm diameter, they are perfect for standard sausages that fit nicely on the grill or in a roll.

This 10 metre pack will hold approximately 6-7kg of sausage meat. The natural casings expand and contract when cooking to prevent splitting.

Soak in water for a few hours to rinse off the salt and rehydrate, run water through using your tap, then stuff. Store any unused casings in salt in the fridge.
