These 28-32mm natural hog casings are perfect for making thinner breakfast links, chipolatas, or slim sausages. The slightly smaller diameter gives you that classic breakfast sausage shape.

This 20 metre pack holds approximately 11kg of sausage meat. Natural casings expand and contract when cooking so they will not split or burst on the grill.

Soak in water for a few hours to rinse off the salt, run water through using your tap, stuff, and twist into links. Store unused casings salted in the fridge.
