Sausage Flavouring | Honey, Chicken and Sweetcorn

A crowd-pleaser that's perfect for the whole family.

This sweet and savoury blend combines a touch of paprika, and salt to create something a bit different from your standard snag. You'll need chicken mince as your base, plus 2kg of frozen corn and 1kg of honey. Run it through a 5mm mincer plate, then hand mix or plate off. Important note: skip the water on this one – it won't bind properly.

 Makes approximately 5kg of sausages that hit that sweet spot between interesting and easy to love.
