This Danish-style blend brings together salt, white pepper, nutmeg, and a touch of cayenne with savoury onion flakes for a beautifully balanced venison sausage. 

Just mix with 750ml of filtered water or crushed ice, combine with your meat minced with pork fat at a 70/30 ratio, and you're set. Makes approximately 5kg of quality sausages that do justice to your hunt.
