Galaxy Hops

Galaxy is one of Australia's best known and most sort after hops. It is a dual purpose hop but probably best utilised for flavour and aroma which is described as a combination of passionfruit and citrus.

It's clear that craft beer fans can't get enough of Galaxy. You'll find it in a number of our craft beer recipes including craft beer favourite Byron Beast (our version of Stone and Wood Pacific Ale).
