This Pilsner Blonde is a blonde-coloured beer with a clean, refreshingly-dry finish on the pallet, like a typical European Pilsner. Can be brewed Low or Mid, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV. See can for recipe options. For a dry, lower carb beer add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme with the yeast. Specifications (approx.) of 23L made with 1kg dextrose or brewing sugar: Colour - Pale Straw, 5 EBC; Bitterness - Low-medium, 17 IBU; Grist - Pilsner malt; Wort - OG 1.038; FG 1.008 (approx.); Yeast - New World Lager Yeast (hybrid - can be fermented at up to 22 degrees C). Dry Hop Additions : Feel free to dry-hop with just 10-30g of your favourite hops to add more aroma and flavour.

Only the finest grains are selected and malted. Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed with hop extracts to create hopped wort. The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours.
