This Classic down-under Pale Ale can be brewed simply to your preferred strength and flavour. Or add dry hops to your taste. Can be brewed Low or Mid, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV.  Specifications (approx.) of 23L made with 1kg dextrose or brewing sugar: Colour - Pale Straw, 5 EBC; Bitterness - Low-medium, 17 IBU; Grist - Pale ale malt; Wort - OG 1.038; FG 1.008 (approx.); Yeast - Pale Ale Yeast. Dry Hop Additions Required: For that classic flavour, dry hop with 30 - 100g of New World hops like Galaxy, Pride of Ringwood, Eclipse, or NZ's Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka.

Only the finest grains are selected and malted. Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed with hop extracts to create hopped wort. The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours.
