The lightest beer in the Connoisseurs range. The one you reach for when the temperature is up, the thirst is real and nobody needs anything complicated. Pale golden, refreshing and clean. Does its job brilliantly every time.
Light hop aroma, subtle bitterness and a crisp finish that disappears just fast enough to make you want another. Nothing more, nothing less. Sometimes that is exactly what is called for.
This can contains 1.8kg of 100 percent hopped malt extract. You will also need lager yeast, 1kg of brewing sugar or light dry malt, and water. We recommend Saflager W-34/70. Note: lager yeast works best at 12 to 15 degrees Celsius. Check our recommended add-ons below.
Makes 23 litres. ABV approximately 4.6%. OG 1040 to 1044. Serve chilled.
