Black cherry, dark chocolate and roasted malt — the Mangrove Jack's Craft Series Black Forest Stout pours jet black and drinks like a dessert that earns its keep.

A rich full-bodied stout with a distinctive black cherry zing layered over dark chocolate and roasted malt, finished with subtle hop bitterness from Bramling Cross hops that stops it getting too sweet. Tan head, jet black pour and a flavour profile that has no interest in being boring.

Note the batch size — this one makes 18 litres, not 23. A slightly smaller batch for a bigger, richer beer worth taking your time over.
