A gorgeous mahogany colour with brown sugar and fruit in the aroma, rich chocolate malt sweetness through the middle and a nutty finish that keeps bringing you back. Complex enough to impress, easy enough for a first Craft Series brew.

The nitrogen-flushed pouch keeps everything fresh until brew day. M15 Empire Ale yeast is in the second compartment. Makes 23 litres.
