Malt Powders and Extracts

Malt extracts - essentially they are just concentrated sugar from brewing grade malted barley.

You can get it in dried (or powder) and liquid (or syrup) forms and different types; wheat malt, caramalt, dark malt. Add it to your extract brew to boost flavour. Being a sugar they will also increase the alcohol content of your beer.
