This can contains 1.8kg of 100 percent hopped malt extract. You will also need lager yeast, 1kg of light dry malt or brewing sugar, and water. We recommend Saflager W-34/70. Note: lager yeast works best at 12 to 15 degrees Celsius. Check our recommended add-ons below.

Makes 23 litres (approximately 40 pints). ABV approximately 4.6%. OG 1040 to 1044. Serve chilled.
