The Air Still Distillery Essentials Kit enables you to prepare and ferment your wash, collect distillate, dilute, filter and flavour your neutral spirit with Top Shelf Flavourings.

Ideal for producing neutral spirits for flavouring — produce a sugar wash ready to distil in 7 to 10 days.

This is the consumables and accessories kit that gives the Air Still a complete system to work with: the fermenter for the wash, the carbon filter for clean-up, the measuring tools to get your ABV right, and the Top Shelf Flavourings to finish the spirit.

Note: does not include the Air Still or Air Still Pro — these are sold separately.
