Still Spirits Air Still Carbon Filter and Collection System

The Still Spirits Air Still Carbon Filter and Collection System is purpose-built to filter smaller batches from the Air Still or Air Still Pro.

Carbon filtration works by adsorption: impurities and off-flavour compounds bond to the surface of the activated carbon as spirit passes through it, leaving cleaner, smoother distillate in the collection vessel below.

This system is specifically sized for Air Still batches — the carbon cartridge handles up to 1125ml of distillate per use.

Always dilute to 40% ABV before filtering, because carbon adsorption efficiency drops significantly at higher ABV.

Replace the cartridge after every batch to maintain filtration quality.
