The attached spindle (TPE-0015) is a one-piece assembly combining the spindle rod and base cap in a single moulded unit for the EZ Inline Filter.

In standard EZ Filter configurations the spindle and bottom cap are separate components. The TPE-0015 version combines them into one piece, reducing the number of parts to manage during disassembly, cleaning and reassembly.

The spindle runs through the centre of the carbon cartridge, holding it aligned inside the housing so spirit cannot bypass the carbon.

The attached base seals the bottom of the assembly.

Replace if the thread is stripped, the piece is cracked, or the filter is leaking from the base.
