The Still Spirits Small Copper Parrot Head lets you track the ABV of your distillate continuously throughout the run — without stopping, sampling or guessing.

A proofing parrot works by routing distillate from the condenser through a transparent tube or chamber where an alcometer floats freely.

As the ABV of the distillate changes during the run, the alcometer rises or sinks to display the current ABV. This lets you monitor distillate quality in real time and make precise decisions about when to start collecting (after foreshots), when you are in the hearts (peak quality), and when to stop (as tails begin and ABV drops).

The Small Copper Parrot Head is designed for Air Still Pro, Air Still and other small stills. Moulded base sits stably on any bench top.
