The dome and condenser together

The Still Spirits Alembic Pot Still Copper Condenser Kit is everything you need to convert your T500 Boiler into a full alembic pot still.

The dome top replaces the T500 boiler lid and the large copper surface area enhances and concentrates flavours and aromas while removing sulphur compounds.

The copper condenser then cools the vapour into distillate without stripping it.

Together they produce a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit that genuinely tastes of its base ingredient.

This is how whiskeys, bourbons, brandies and rums are made.

Both components are also sold separately if you only need one.
