Sodium Metabisulphite is one of the most versatile cleaning and sanitising products in the brewer's kit. Morgans Sodium Metabisulphite releases vapours when added to hot water that sanitise your equipment thoroughly before you brew.

How to use: Dissolve in hot water and use to rinse all equipment one hour before you start brewing. Rinse in cold water after.

IMPORTANT: Do not use Sodium Metabisulphite on stainless steel equipment.
