A lager yeast that brews cold or warm and does not ask questions

M24 Versa Lager does exactly what it says on the packet.

A bottom-fermenting neutral lager strain that thrives across a wide temperature range. M24 produces clean lagers with low sulphur and low diacetyl. Ferments reliably at lager temperatures or pushed warmer when you do not have the luxury of cold. Named Versa for a reason.

Yeast Specs:

  • Suitable for: All lager styles, IPAs and any clean fermentation beer
  • Fermentation temp: 10–25°C (optimal 10–20°C)
  • Attenuation: 78–84%
  • Flocculation: Medium (3/5)
  • Alcohol tolerance: up to 13% ABV
