Black Rock Bohemian Pilsner | Export Pilsener
The Czechs invented it. You get to take the credit.
Czech it out. Black Rock Bohemian Pilsner is brewed with a high percentage of NZ Pilsner malt and a touch of Gladfield Crystal malt for a crisp, clean lager with firm bitterness and subtle malt sweetness. This is the style that put Bohemia on the brewing map and it has been earning its place in glasses ever since.
At 37 IBU, this one has more bitterness than the standard pilsner. Bright, refreshing and properly balanced. Serve it ice cold in a tall glass with a proper slow pour.
Makes 23 litres (about 60 stubbies or 47 schooners). Yeast included under the lid.
