Top Shelf Aussie Red Rum is a coloured rum that is super smooth while retaining the burnt sugar and sweet caramel characteristics of a great golden rum. That warm, amber Australian rum character with a clean finish.

Over ice, with cola or in any cocktail that deserves a properly flavoured rum base. Simply add to vodka or neutral spirit.

Makes 2.25L.
