Icon Liqueurs Limoncello is a zesty Italian-style lemon liqueur with fresh citrus aromas and a sweet, vibrant taste. The kind of thing Italians make from scratch with lemons, sugar, water and a good deal of patience. You get the same result in about two minutes.

Traditionally served ice cold and neat, before or after a meal. Also works brilliantly in cocktails — though the Italians would raise an eyebrow. Drink it straight away or let it rest in the bottle for two weeks for a rounder, more developed flavour.

Each bottle makes 1L.

Tip: Sugar separates naturally. Shake well before use and stand bottle in warm water if needed before mixing.

Ingredients: Invert sugar syrup, water, fructose syrup, glucose syrup, flavourings, preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate), acid (citric acid).
