Brick Road Dry Lager is the no-nonsense crowd pleaser that works every single time.

Dry lager. Does what it says. The dryness comes from a clean fermentation profile that leaves very little residual sweetness what you get is a crisp, highly drinkable lager that absolutely no one will turn down at a barbecue. Brewed from Muntons premium all-grain wort, gently reduced to 80 brix to keep the flavour where it belongs.

ABV options:

•       2.6% - dry and light, low calorie

•       3.5% - mid-strength dry lager

•       4.8% - full-strength with a proper dry, clean finish

What you get:

•       1.5kg can of hopped Dry Lager wort concentrate (Muntons all-grain premium malts)

•       Lager yeast sachet under the lid

•       Makes 23 litres

 

To make it extra delicious top up the flavour with dry hops:

  • 30g (or more) of NZ hops like Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka for a bit of stonefruit and citrus
  • 30g (or more) Australian hops like Galaxy or Vic Secret for some tropical hits
