The Brick Road Pale Ale is the blank canvas version reliable, balanced and easy to drink on its own, but genuinely great when you make it your own. Add dry hops at day five and you can take it anywhere from a classic Aussie pale to something that sits alongside craft tap handles without embarrassment. Good entry point for new brewers, solid base for brewers who like to tinker.

ABV options:

• 2.6% - light-bodied session pale
• 3.5% - mid-strength everyday pale ale
• 4.8% - full-strength Pale Ale with proper body and character

• 1.5kg can of hopped Pale Ale wort concentrate (Muntons all-grain premium malts)
• Ale yeast sachet under the lid
